Jennifer Chaplyn

Collaboration For Impact Network member

Jennifer works as a catalytic facilitator and consultant for Collaboration for Impact guiding not-for-profit organisations, communities, and governments to embrace change through: community engagement, using data for insight and design and building interventions that make a difference.

Specialising in creating clarity from confusion – or magic from mess – her engaging and hands-on approach helps people to break through barriers in thinking and practice, embrace diversity and engage others in creating change.

Jennifer has worked for the past decade with large and small non-profits, networks, groups and anyone seeking to collaborate to make a difference or shift complex problems.

Her recent experience includes: supporting Catholic Education WA and their schools to create a shared approach to community engagement; mentoring several WA collaborations to address issues facing their communities – especially for young children and families; and supporting impact driven not for profits and collaborations to create plans and strategies to enable change and evaluate their effectiveness.

To this work, Jennifer brings the unique perspective she gained as a Canadian raising a family and working in regional and remote Australian communities – a passion for collaboration and a belief in the power of human connections to bring about change.
