Jen Riley

Digital Transformation Lead,
Clear Horizon

Jen leads Digital Transformation at Clear Horizon where she works to blend design-thinking,
data analytics, social, cloud and mobile technology to change the way we evaluate, learn
and innovate in the social sector. 

Jen has 20 years experience in the social sector having worked for the Commonwealth
Government, Oxfam, Plan International, United Way, Murdoch Childrens Research Institute
and her own consulting firm.  Jen has been the backbone support, advisor and evaluator for
over 20 place-based initiatives focused on Aboriginal health and well-being, early years,
school to work transition, employment, mental health, family violence and alcohol and other
drugs. In 2015, Jen developed Track2Change, a data visualisation platform enabling
collaborations to share real-time outcome data online, this now supports the collaborations
of Preventing Violence Together 2030, Children and Youth Area Partnerships, GROW and
The Well (Outer East Primary Care Partnership).

Jen holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies and is currently on the Victorian
Committee of Social Impact Measurement Network Australia and a Board Director at Eating
Disorders Victoria.
