Eula Rohan has spent the last four years working alongside the Aboriginal leaders of inner Sydney (Redfern and La Perouse), to achieve significant progress in re-shaping the way that government and service providers interact with these two iconic communities. This Empowered Communities model puts Aboriginal people in the driver’s seat to determine their own vision and priorities.
At the heart of her success as the former Regional Director for Inner Sydney Empowered Communities Limited is a deep understanding of how to coordinate and guide collaboration in complex environments with stakeholder groups, to co-design innovative policy and program solutions and strategic regional development.
Eula’s approach is one that supports individuals, organisations and communities to realise their true potential. She will share insights and learning from behind the scenes on; enabling community to design their own regional theory of change and joint decision-making processes that enliven their empowerment, development and productivity agendas.
She has recently established herself as an independent consultant and a CFI Network Member based in Brisbane.
